Come join Miss Molly in a fun and great ballet class each Tuesday! Wear anything comfortable you can move in and experience how good ballet training is for posture, flexibility, and endurance. Ballet training also helps to relieve stress and tension and is a really great workout. No ballet experience is necessary. Just the willingness to give it a try.
